How to receive alerts when a charger is reporting a fault

You can configure which administrators will receive an alert when a charger reports a fault. The alerts are sent by email and SMS.
Activate Alerts
1. Go to SMS alerts
Go to the relevant Charge Systems, click on Charge System Settings and select SMS Alerts.

2. Activate SMS alerts
Choose which administrators should receive SMS Alerts. You can only select administrators who’ve been granted access to your Organization and Charge Systems.

Receive alerts
When a charger reports a fault, the listed recipients will receive an email and/or SMS alert.
The email alert includes:
- Customer name
- Location of the Charge System
- Charging station ID and outlet
- Error code
The SMS alert includes
- Charging station ID and outlet
- Error code
