Customer Service Representative

Customer Service representative – Gothenburg, Sweden

We are now looking for a dedicated and responsible team member to join our team for an exciting role in Customer Service, based at our office in Gothenburg, Ringön. In this position, you will take on the responsibility for first-line customer- and cloud services at CloudCharge.

Job responsibilities 

  • Provide support for CloudCharge backend, portal, and app for end customers.  
  • Collaborate with the technical team and installers for the rapid configuration of charging facilities.  
  • Coordinate support issues and identify trends with the global cloud service support team.  
  • Report problems and customer needs to the development team.  
  • Handle inquiries and comments from existing and potential customers.  
  • Train and support new property owners regarding payment solutions.  
  • Conduct functionality tests as needed.  
  • Monitor the introduction and deployment of charging solutions.  
  • Ensure billing and payment follow-up.  
  • Create contracts and subscriptions for property owners.  
  • Follow up on projects and ensure customer satisfaction.  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or other relevant education, advantage of specialization in engineering/computer technology.  
  • Work experience from customer service.  
  • Good technical understanding and IT skills, as well as experience with software as a service.  
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and possess good proficiency in English, both oral and written. Additionally, you have a strong understanding of the Nordic languages.

We are now on the hunt for an experienced Java Developer with a strong desire to make a significant contribution to a fast-paced industry. You will develop and refine our cloud services through well-designed and implemented software, ensuring the production of functional, reusable code. Regular debugging and troubleshooting code to maintain our high-quality standards, crafting web services focusing on insights & analytics, and producing clear, thorough documentation to ensure workflow transparency and continuity are other important tasks. Handling bug fixes for existing code when necessary.

You understand automated test frameworks and appreciate test-driven development, and demonstrate a structured approach to development with familiarity in issue-tracking, requirements estimation, and revision control. You also have practical experience with Agile software development methodologies.

Developer/ Senior Developer, Frontend

Developer/Senior Developer, Frontend 

We’re now searching for an adept Frontend Developer with a strong foundation in responsive design and a passion for contributing to the evolving EV industry. You will use JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, and GraphQL to design, develop, and test UI for mobile and web applications. This includes building reusable code and libraries for future use, and accurately translating user and business needs into functional frontend code.

As part of our innovative tech team, you’ll be working with the following technology stack:

Personal Qualities

You possess a strong understanding of object-oriented web applications in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, and GraphQL, are familiar with Scrum/Agile development methodologies, and are familiar with the use of REST or GraphQL APIs.
