Example
A company offers all employees free charging during work hours. This helps strengthen the employer brand and increases employee satisfaction.
Payment Management
Simplify invoicing, payments, and reimbursements for employees.
Payment Management
Employees can easily categorize each charging session as “Private” or “Work-related,” streamlining the reimbursement process for both employee and employer. Payments can be made via card or invoice.
When setting up a facility where you want to charge directly, you as the facility owner create a Stripe account. This means your association will have its own bank account with the global provider Stripe. The transaction occurs directly between the end-user and the facility — not between the end-user and CloudCharge. The advantage is a stable and secure financial platform that manages payments and ensures compliance with banking regulations.
Our service complies with the EU AFIR regulation, meaning your facility meets the EU requirements for safe, reliable, and user-friendly solutions. This includes clear pricing, simple on-site payment options, and high availability and security for both the facility and users.
Example
An employee charges their car and categorizes the session as “Work-related.” They pay by card and receive a receipt, which can easily be submitted to the employer for reimbursement.
Charger Monitoring
Keep track of your charging infrastructure easily and efficiently.

In Sweden: Until June 30, 2026, charging electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles at the workplace’s own chargers is tax-free, as long as the employer pays for the electricity. After this period, charging may be subject to benefit taxation if the rules are not extended.
If charging takes place at home or elsewhere, the value is taxed as a fuel benefit. The benefit value is based on the market price of electricity (including VAT), usually 1.5–2 SEK/kWh. For company cars provided as a benefit, the value is multiplied by 1.2.
Example
100 kWh × 1.8 SEK = 180 SEK benefit amount, 216 SEK for company cars.
