Upgrade
Here, you will find information about the upcoming upgrade of our portal for simple management of charging facilities. The upgrade is planned to be carried out during the spring of 2024 and will offer you, as a facility owner, a number of new features and improvements to streamline your work.

To make your experience even better. We have undergone a total makeover of our portal to make it more transparent and user-friendly. This means:
- A completely new user interface: Modern and easy to navigate.
- Simplified user management: Easily add new users with their mobile numbers.
- Flexible pricing: Set your own prices for different user groups.
- Improved reports: Get an overview of usage and revenues.
- New billing solution: Streamline the billing of EV charging to your members.
The upgrade will gradually roll out to all existing customers throughout 2024. As your turn approaches, you will receive more information pertaining to your organization.
Three to seven days before your scheduled upgrade, you will receive additional information and details about the upgrade via email.
CloudCharge will handle the upgrade for you. Your responsibility is to ensure that the facility is correctly set up with current prices and users. Important to note:
- Quarterly billing: Changed billing period for your subscription.
- New billing partner: Future invoices will be sent from CloudCharge AB and paid to a new giro or bank account number.
- Use as usual: Through either the CloudCharge app or RFID card.
- New payment page for invoices: After the upgrade, you will pay your invoices for ev charging via a new payment page (Stripe) with more payment options as Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
Important about the upgrade day:
When the actual upgrade is taking place (for about one working day), there might be temporary disruptions to charging your car.
- No price changes: The new terms involve no change in price or terms for price changes.
- Clear price information: Log into the portal, and you see the price for the subscription and any additional services.
- New contractual party: The agreement will be between your organization and CloudCharge AB.

As part of the upgrade, we will shift invoicing partner for EV charging from Riverty to Stripe. This means that existing customers with a Riverty account will need to create a Stripe Express account to continue to invoice their users.
