How to create CloudCharge account
You can use CloudCharge app with both private and public chargers. If you don´t have an account yet, create one easily by following the steps below.
1. Download the app
Download the CloudCharge app from App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app
Open the app and enter your mobile number to sign up. If your country isn’t listed in the code selector, it means CloudCharge isn’t yet available there.
3. Enter the verification code
Enter the verification code you receive by SMS.
4. Complete your details
Fill in your account details and accept the terms and conditions.
5. Notifications
Turn on the notifications, if needed. Your are able to add them also later.
6. Start to use CloudCharge
Now you can start using CloudCharge app for charging your EV. You can use the same account for both public and private charging stations.
All charging stations that you have access to, are listed under ”My chargers”. You can search for public chargers on the map.
